How do I track a workout?+

Open the Gryper app, start a session from a template or an empty workout, then log sets as you train. Completed workouts sync automatically once you’re back online.

My data isn’t syncing — what should I do?+

Gryper works fully offline and replays your workouts when connectivity returns. Make sure you’re signed in and have an internet connection, then reopen the app. If sets are still missing after a minute, email us.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Settings → Account in the app and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workouts, and analytics, and revokes any Sign in with Apple association. The action cannot be undone.

Which devices are supported?+

Gryper is available on iPhone. A web dashboard for reviewing your analytics on a larger screen is on our roadmap and coming soon.
